Epstein CaseFormer Attorney General, Pam Bondi Skipping Epstein House Hearing

WASHINGTON – Former US Attorney General Pam Bondi has declined to appear at next week’s scheduled deposition before the House oversight and government reform committee where she was to answer questions about the justice department’s handling of the Epstein investigation.

Spokesperson for the Department of Justice told the media: “The Department of Justice has stated Pam Bondi will not appear on 14 April for a deposition since she is no longer attorney general and was subpoenaed in her capacity as attorney general.”

Bondi’s reason for declining her scheduled appearance before the senate is that she was subpoenaed as the US Attorney General, and no longer holds that position for which she was subpoenaed for.
