OCEAN COUNTY – National Weather Service in Mount Holly has issued a Freeze Watch for Ocean County and much of the surrounding region through Wednesday morning. Temperatures Tuesday night are expected to drop below 32°F, with some areas reaching the mid-20’s.
Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor plumbing.
